Another good piece of advice is to look at the sizes in the clothes you already have in your closet, as measurements can vary from brand to brand.
How to measure (all measurements are taken directly on the body):
- Neck: Measured at the widest point.
- Chest: Measured under the arms.
- Waist: Measured where you usually have the waistband on your pants.
- Sleeve: Measured externally from shoulder to wrist.
- Back: Measured from the neck to where the back stops .
- Inseam: Measured from the crotch down to the floor.
