Send the item back
You can return your order purchased online for a full 365 days. You can do this via our return portal.
The cost of using the label is 4,95 EUR which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
You need to use the 7-digit order number from your order confirmation email or find it on your invoice under your reference.
Make sure to pack the items safely and include a copy of the packing slip from the return portal.
We usually process return orders within 14 working days of receipt.
If you have ordered the wrong size and want to buy a new size, you must return the item and place a new order for the new size.
You cannot exercise the right to return by refusing to accept your packet or by failing to pick it up at the carrier.
Return of Goods
When returning an item, it must be securely packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.
Returned items must be in good and undamaged condition. If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product’s characteristics, you may be liable for depreciation.
To avoid this, a good rule of thumb is that you can try the item at home in the same way as you would in a physical store. It is therefore natural to remove the packaging to try the item, but labels and hangtags must remain attached.
Special note for shoes:
Shoes must be returned in the original shipping box or a similar protective box. The shoe box may not be used as a return box, as it is considered part of the product’s packaging.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items.
