You can return your order purchased online for a full 365 days. You can do this via our return portal.
Please note: We do not provide free return labels or free returns
The cost of using the label is stated in the return portal and based on you location.
You must use your order number from your order confirmation you received by email at the time of ordering - or on your invoice under your ref.
We usually process return orders within 14 working days of receipt.
(If you must return an order that was purchased before 1/7-2024, you must find your return label attached to your invoice email)
If you have ordered the wrong size and want to buy a new size, you must return the item and place a new order for the new size.

You can return any item for a refund within 365 days of receiving your original order. You cannot exercise the right to return by refusing to accept your packet or by failing to pick it up at the carrier.
The right to return can be exercised without giving any specific reason by filling out a return receipt.

- Pack your items safely and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

You must return the item to us at the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after announcement of the return to our customer service.
Additional information
We have the right to request evidence that the product is shipped within the deadline. For shipping the item must be packed safely. Please enclose a copy of your return receipt or your order number.
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned items show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item, you are liable for the depreciation of the product value.
We estimate the possible value from a specific assessment of the returned item based on the following guidelines for depreciation in value:
- No signs of use and the product is in original packaging: 0%
- Missing hangtag: -50%
- Visible signs of use: - 90%
- Stains or otherwise damaged: -100%
A refund will be issued as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of having received your return notice. However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the product for inspection, or until you have produced evidence that the product is returned, whichever comes first.
If you withdraw from the purchase in accordance with these conditions, we will refund the purchase price, assuming there is no impairment. Unless you have given us instructions to the contrary, we will make the refund using the same payment method that you used to make the original transaction.
